Before Freddie, Elton, and Jimi – There was Ludwig.

THE EPIC RISE AND FALL OF THE WORLD’S FIRST ROCK STAR.

After the tragic loss of revered composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Vienna searches for the next beacon of hope for their city. That call is answered, unexpectedly, by Joseph Haydn’s messy-haired, crude, rebellious student – a young Ludwig van Beethoven. This loud scoundrel is determined to turn Vienna upside-down with his radical new sound – no matter the cost.

In this original production, the rock ‘n roll sound of the 70’s takes center stage, as Beethoven is transformed into a contemporary rock star on an electrifying journey through his tumultuous life. From political revolution and scandalous affairs, to his struggles with encroaching deafness, this is the story of the man who defied fate and changed music forever.

"Really exciting music... Will make it to Broadway one day, so see it now!"
